Worry and stress look different for different people – even those going through the same circumstances. But not matter what they look like, worry and stress can hurt your heart, your mind, and your body and they will hold you back from living your best life.

If you want to release the stress and find ways to keep the worry away for good, then this course is for you.

  1. We’ll define your biggest stressors.
  2. We’ll walk through the reasons stress shows up.
  3. We’ll explain what stress does and why we don’t want it.
  4. We’ll find ways to “feed the good wolf.”
  5. We’ll work out a personal plan to counter your specific stresses and worries.
  6. We’ll build you a reservoir of calm to help you push back against stress and worry.

Some of us worry more than others. Some of us worry less. Some of us have become experts at hiding our concerns from the people around us – and sometimes even ourselves. But all of us can learn to face the stress and worry and make a plan to get through it.
